自拟清肝泻火中药对甲亢性肝损伤的疗效观察

目的：观察自拟清肝泻火中药对甲亢性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法：将甲状腺功能亢进性肝损伤患者57例随机分为治疗组29例和对照组28例。治疗组给予自拟清肝泻火中药加甲巯咪唑治疗；对照组给予联苯双酯加甲巯咪唑治疗。结果：治疗组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶较治疗前有明显下降，有效率为93.1%，对照组有效率为71.4%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：自拟清肝泻火中药能有效治疗甲状腺功能亢进性肝损伤。

Clinical observation on treating hyperthyroidism liver injury with Qinggan Xiehuo decoction

Objective：To observe the effect of Qinggan Xiehuo TCM on hyperthyroidism with liver injury. Methods：57 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 29 cases and control group with 28 cases. The treatment group was given with Qinggan Xiehuo TCM medicine and methimazole treatment; the control group was given bifendate plus methimazole treatment. Results： In treatment group, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total bilirubin decreased than before treatment with detail, efficiency of 93.1%, the rate of the control group was71.4%, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The effect of Qinggan Xiehuo TCM can be effective in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver injury.
