益胃散治疗幽门螺杆菌相关胃病的临床和实验探讨

目的：探究益胃散治疗幽门螺杆菌相关胃病的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的68例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃病患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组方式将患者分为观察组（34例）和对照组（34例），观察组使用益胃散治疗，对照组给予西药三联方法治疗，对患者治疗前后的临床症状量表进行测评，分析治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组患者症状量表积分均有所降低，相比治疗前具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），治疗后两组患者的症状积分和量表总积分对比均有显著差异（P〈0.05）；观察组治愈11例，显效15例，好转7例，无效1例，综合有效率（治愈＋显效＋有效）为97.06%，对照组治愈8例，显效11例，好转7例，无效8例，综合有效率为76.47%，两组患者综合有效率对比具有显著的统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：益胃散治疗幽门螺杆菌相关胃病具有良好的效果，值得在临床中推广。

Clinical discussion on treating Helicobacter pylori associated gastric diseases with Yiwei San

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yiwei San treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric diseases. Methods：68 patients with positive Helicobacter pylori gastritis patients in our hospital as the research object, according to the randomized grouping clinical symptom of patients before and after the table for evaluation, analysis of therapeutic effect. Results：After treatment, two groups of patients with symptom scale scores were lower than before treatment, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, the two groups after treatment in patients with symptoms and the scale total score comparison had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients, comprehensive efficiency compared with significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiwei San had a good effect of the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric diseases.
