| 摘 要： | 目的：观察保元汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型心衰病的临床疗效。方法：将60例气虚血瘀型心衰病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例，对照组单纯给以西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用保元汤合桃红四物汤加减。均以28日为一个疗程。结果：一个疗程后，治疗组优于对照组。结论：保元汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗心衰病气虚血瘀型疗效明显。

Clinical observation on treating heart failure with Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore clinical efficacy of Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction on heart failure. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional western medicine solo, and another was given Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction more. Results： In 1 course, the efficacy in treatment group was better. Conclusion：Baoyuan decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction came with confirmed effects for heart failure. |
