| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺配合运动疗法治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能、日常生活活动能力的影响。方法：将80例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为针刺配合运动疗法治疗组和对照组，每组40例，采用Brunnstrom偏瘫分期评定患者治疗前后的运动功能，采用功能独立性评定（FIM）来评定患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力。结果：两组患者治疗后的Brunnstrom和FIM评分高于治疗前，治疗组两项评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺配合运动疗法治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复运动功能和提高日常生活活动能力具有明显的促进作用。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of stroke hemiplegia by acupuncture plus exercise |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the influence of acupuncture plus exercise on motor function, activities of daily living in stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods： 80 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into acupuncture plus exercise therapy group and control group;each group had 40 cases, motor function before and after treatment were evaluated by Brunnstrom, the same as activities of daily. Results： Score of Brunnstrom and FIM in the treatment were higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture plus exercise has obvious promoting effect on motor function and activities of daily living. |
