济生肾气丸加味煎剂直肠给药治疗良性前列腺增生的临床研究

目的：观察济生肾气丸加味煎剂直肠给药治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法：选门急诊和住院病人100例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组各50例病例。治疗组采用济生肾气丸加味煎汤从直肠给药，1次/d，并口服保列治5mg，对照组采用保列治治疗，每次剂量5mg，1次/d。对比分析治疗组与对照组患者用药3个月、6个月及9个月后症状评分、残余尿量、前列腺体积变化情况。结果：治疗组和对照组在治疗3个月、6个月及9个月后症状评分、残余尿量、前列腺体积变化方面均有效，且治疗组优于对照组，两组比较P〈0.05，有显著性统计学差异。结论：济生肾气丸加味煎剂直肠给药可以降低IPSS评分，改善BPH的临床症状，还可明显降低膀胱内残余尿量，并且减小增生的前列腺体积。

Clinical research on treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with Jisheng Shenqi decoction

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Jisheng Shenqi decoction on treating BPH. Methods：100 patients including outpatient, emergency and inpatient were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control, 50 in each. Patients in the treatment were given Jisheng Shenqi decoction by rectal administration, once a day, and took orally proscar 5mg qd;other patients were treated by proscar 5mg qd. Symptom score, residual urine volume and volumetric changes of prostate at third month, sixth month and ninth month were compared between the treatment and the control. Results：Symptom score, residual urine volume and volumetric changes of prostate at third month, sixth month and ninth month were improved in two groups, the treatment was better than the control, and those were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jisheng Shenqi decoction by rectal administration can decrease IPSS, improve the clinical symptom of BPH, decrease residual urine volume in bladder and lessen hyperplastic prostate volume.
