大黄芒硝外敷促进剖宫产术后切口愈合临床观察

目的：探讨大黄配伍芒硝治疗剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效。方法：将我院2010年-2012年剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化患者186例分为两组，观察组133例，对照组53例。观察组用芒硝、大黄按比例与酒精混合成糊状，用无菌纱布包裹后外敷切口，1次/d；对照组用生理盐水及甲硝唑清洗切口，并用蝶形胶布粘贴闭合切口。结果：7d 后观察切口愈合率，观察组为90%，对照组为55%。结论：大黄芒硝对促进腹部切口愈合有良好效果，且方法简单易行，值得推广。

Clinical observation on promoting wound healing after cesarean section with Dahuang Mangxiao

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Dahuang Mangxiao on promoting wound healing after cesarean section. Methods：186 patients were divided into the observation of 133 cases and the control of 53 cases. The observation was given the compound of Dahuang Mangxiao and alcohol, once a day;the control was given saline and metronidazole for washing, then put butterfly paste on wound. Results：The total efficacy in the observation was 90%, in another it was 55%. Conclusion：Dahuang Mangxiao had good effects on promoting wound healing, and was easy to operate, worthy of promotion.
