健脾升清方治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床观察

目的：观察健脾升清方治疗气虚痰阻型后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法：将237例后循环缺血性眩晕（气虚痰阻型）患者随机分为三组，西药组采用尼莫地平治疗，中药组采用健脾升清方治疗，中西药结合组使用健脾升清方和尼莫地平治疗。三组分别治疗21d，随访2个月，综合评价眩晕程度、生活质量及中医证候积分等多方面疗效。结果：三组患者治疗21d后在眩晕程度、中医证候积分及生活质量方面相比较，中西药结合组优于中药组、西药组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）；西药组与中药组间没有显著差异（P〉0.05）。三个组别患者随访2个月眩晕程度、生活质量及中医证候积分改善程度相比，中药组和中西药结合组优于西药组，差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）；中药组和中西药结合组相比，差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论：健脾升清方配合尼莫地平治疗气虚痰阻型后循环缺血性眩晕疗效肯定。

Clinical observation on treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo with Jianpi Shengqing recipe

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Jianpi Shengqing recipe on treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo. Methods：237 patients were randomly divided into three groups, the western medicine group was given Nimodipine, the TCM medicine group was given Jianpi Shengqing recipe, and the integrative medicine group was given Nimodipine plus Jianpi Shengqing recipe. Results：In 21 days, the degree of vertigo, TCM syndrome score and quality of life in the integrative medicine group were better, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） between the TCM medicine group and the western medicine group. Follow-up of 2 months, the degree of vertigo, TCM syndrome score and quality of life in the integrative medicine group and TCM medicine group were better, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） between the TCM medicine group and the integrative medicine group. Conclusion：Jianpi Shengqing recipe plus Nimodipine were more effective for posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.
