| 摘 要： | 目的：观察藿香正气散加减治疗慢性腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法：抽取2012年1月-2013年1月在本院就诊的102例慢性腹泻患者，分成观察组和对照组，各51例，观察组结合患者实际情况采用藿香正气散加减治疗法，对照组采用肯特令（蒙脱石散剂）进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为92.15%，对照组总有效率为75.47%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组数据差异明显（P〈0.05）。结论：藿香正气散加减治疗慢性腹泻具有较好的临床治疗效果，值得在临床医学上推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Huoxiang Zhengqi San on treating chronic diarrhea. Methods：102 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given Huoxiang Zhengqi San, the control group was given smectite powder （montmorillonite powder）. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was 92.15%, obviously higher than 75.47% in the control, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Huoxiang Zhengqi San was good at treating chronic diarrhea, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
