中医闭合手法复位治疗踝部骨折的临床价值分析

目的：分析研究中医闭合手法复位治疗踝部骨折的临床价值。方法：将我院收治的82例踝部骨折患者均分为两组，分别采用手术复位以及手法复位治疗，比较不同复位方法的治疗效果。结果：比较两组患者手术治疗后效果，研究组优良率为90.2%，参照组优良率为80.5%，两组优良率比较差异显著，P〈0.05有统计学意义。结论：中医闭合手法复位治疗踝部骨折，骨折复位情况良好，安全有效，值得临床骨折手术应用。

A clinical analysis of treating ankle fractures in TCM

Objective：To analyze clinical effects of TCM therapy on treating ankle fractures. Methods：82 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was given western therapy, and another was given TCM therapy. Results：The markedly effective rate was 90.2% in the study group, it was 80.5% in the control, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM therapy has confirmed effects, safety and effective, and is worthy of clinical application.
