补肾活血汤配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

目的：评价补肾活血汤配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分成两组，治疗组用补肾活血汤配合针灸治疗，对照组用丹参酮注射液静脉注射配合甲磺酸倍他司汀口服。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.0%，对照组总有效率为86.7%，两组有效率比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾活血汤配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating cervical vertebral artery disease in TCM

Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction and acupuncture for cervical vertebral artery disease. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group treated with acupuncture Bushen Huoxue decoction, and control group was given Danshen injection and oral betahistine mesylate. Results： The total efficacy was 95.0%; in the control group the total efficacy was 86.7%, the efficacy difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture plus Bushen Huoxue decoction for cervical vertebral artery disease have better clinical efficacy.
