| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加减止痉散配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效研究。方法：将128例腰椎间盘突出症患者，分成治疗组：给予止痉散加减、针灸、推拿、牵引。对照组：针灸、推拿、牵引、中频。1次/d，10d为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组：总有效率98.43%。对照组：总有效率92.18%。总结：加减止痉散配合手法治疗对腰椎间盘突出症治疗有显著疗效、安全、方便、值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical effects of Zhijing San on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：128 patients were divided into two groups, the treatment was given Zhijing San, acupuncture, massage and tow, the control was given acupuncture, massage, tow and IF, effects in two groups were observed after 2 courses treatment. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 98.43%while in another it was 92.18%. Conclusion：Zhijing San plus massage were confirmed with good effects, safety and simple, worthy of application. |
