腰椎间盘突出症寒湿瘀血型应用腰骨痹痛汤治疗的疗效观察

目的：对腰椎间盘突出症寒湿瘀血型应用腰骨痹痛汤治疗的临床疗效进行观察。方法：资料选取2012年3月-2013年3月在我院诊治的腰椎间盘突出症寒湿瘀血型患者130例，将其分为研究组和对照组，每组65例，其中对照组患者采用西医的常规疗法治疗，研究组患者采用腰骨痹痛汤治疗，观察并比较两组患者治疗后疼痛情况和临床疗效。结果：比较两组患者治疗后的疼痛情况，研究组患者治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。比较两组患者的临床疗效，研究组总有效率为98.46%，明显高于对照组的86.52%，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腰椎间盘突出症寒湿瘀血型应用腰骨痹痛汤治疗的疗效显著，能明显减轻患者的疼痛，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with Yaogu Bitong decoction

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yaogu Bitong decoction on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 130 patients were divided into two groups of 65 cases, the control was treated by routine western medicine therapy, while the research was given Yaogu Bitong decoction, pain status and clinical efficacy were compared. Results：Pain score in the research was lower than that in the control, the difference was statistically （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy of 98.46%in the research was higher than that of 86.52%in the control, the difference was statistically （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yaogu Bitong decoction can relieve patient pain, was worthy of promotion.
