龟鹿二仙膏方证探讨及临床应用

目的：探讨龟鹿二仙膏的方证思想和临床应用价值。方法：选取2012年1月-2013年7月大学附属医院妇科收治的围绝经期综合征患者96例进行分析，采用龟鹿二仙膏治疗，观察临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状评分。结果：龟鹿二仙膏治疗痊愈64例，好转26例，无效6例，总有效率为93.75%，治疗后中医临床症状评分较治疗前明显下降，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：龟鹿二仙膏具有补气养血、补精益髓的功效，能够有效提高围绝经期综合征的疗效，缓解患者的临床症状，效果显著。

Clinical application of Guilu Erxian Gao

Objective：To discuss clinical value of Guilu Erxian Gao. Methods：96 patients were treated with Guilu Erxian Gao, clinical effects and symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results：64 cases were cured, 26 cases were better, 6 cases were invalid, the total efficacy was 93.75%, clinical symptom score obvious decreased with a statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Guilu Erxian Gao with effects of Buqi Yangxue, Bujing Yisui can improve the efficacy of perimenopausal syndrome, relieve symptoms, shows good effects.
