通痹止痛丸质量标准研究

目的：建立通痹止痛丸的质量标准。方法：采用显微鉴别法和薄层色谱法对方中主要药味白芍、丹参、地黄、乌药、鸡血藤、川牛膝、地龙进行定性鉴别研究。结果：显微鉴别粉末特征清晰明显，专属性好，薄层色谱鉴别斑点显色清晰，专属性强,Rf 值适中。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Research on quality standard of Tongbi Zhitong Wan

Objective：To establish quality standards of Tongbi Zhitong Wan. Methods：Microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography were adapted for qualitative identification on Baishao, Danshen, Dihuang, Wuyao, Jixueteng, Chuanniuxi, Dilong in Tongbi Zhitong Wan. Results：The character of powder was clear and evident, specific by microscopic identification;the color of spot was clear, specific, and moderate Rf by TLC. Conclusion： Microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method.
