| 摘 要： | 脂联素是一种与非酒精脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）密切相关的脂肪细胞因子，具有改善糖脂代谢，增加胰岛素敏感性，抗炎，抗纤维化等作用，目前发现某些中药能显著提高NAFLD中的脂联素水平，从而有效治疗NAFLD。本文就其在NAFLD中的作用及中药对脂联素的影响做一综述。

An influence of adiponectin on Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease |

| Abstract: | Adiponectin is a kind of adipokines closely related to Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, it was good at improving glucose, lipid metabolism and increasing insulin sensitivity, also has a function of anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic. Some TCM medicines were founded to treat NAFLD by improving the level of adiponectin. Now the function and influence of the TCM medicine on adiponectin were listed in this article. |
