肺挫伤的X线及CT诊断

目的探讨如何更好地运用影像检查方法,以提高肺挫伤的早期诊断。方法回顾分析了42例肺挫伤的临床资料及影像学表现。结果42例肺挫伤中,首次检查中X线作出诊断的37例,漏诊5例,占11.9%;CT均能作出正确诊断,而且CT比X线更能详细地显示肺挫伤的程度及并发症诊断。结论影像学检查对肺挫伤及其并发症可作出正确诊断;根据临床尽早应用CT检查,可提高肺挫伤的早期诊断。

Pulmonary contusion of the X-ray and CT diagnosis

Objective To explore how to better use of imaging methods to improve the early diagnosis of pulmonary contusion. Methods A retrospective analysis of 42 cases of pulmonary contusion clinical data and imaging performance. Results The results of 42 cases of pulmonary contusion in the first X-ray examination to the diagnosis of 37 cases, five cases of missed diagnosis, accounting for 11.9% ; CT can make a correct diagnosis, CT and more detailed than X-ray showed the extent of pulmonary contusion and concurrent Diagnosis. Conclusion Imaging examination of the pulmonary contusion and its complications can make a correct diagnosis ; as soon as possible based on clinical application of CT examination, may improve the early diagnosis of pulmonary contusion.
