乳突腔充填术及耳甲腔成形术对乳突根治术效果的影响

目的　探讨乳突腔充填术及耳甲腔成形术对乳突根治术的效果。方法　对 49例行乳突腔充填术及耳甲腔成形术 (成形组 )及 3 7例未做乳突腔充填术及耳甲腔成形术 (对照组 )的患者 ,进行疗效对比。结果　术后 3个月和半年 ,乳突腔明显缩小或消失率、干耳率、术腔上皮化率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ;随访 1～ 5年 ,对照组复发再手术 5耳 (13 .5 % ) ,成形组复发再手术 1耳 (2 .4% )。结论　乳突腔充填术及耳甲腔成形术可缩小乳突腔 ,促进乳突腔的通气引流及上皮化 ,提高乳突根治术的效果

Impacts of Mastoid Plombage and Cavity of Concha on the Efficacy of Formation of Radical Mastoidectomy

Objective To probe into the effects of mastoid plombage and cavity of concha formation on radical mastoidectomy. Methods The curative effects of 49 patients who received mastoid plombage and cavity of concha formation (Formation Group) were compared with those of 37 cases without having mastoid plombage and cavity of concha formation (Control Group). Results 3 and 6 months after the surgeries, the ratios of reduction, disappearance and epithelia keratinization in surgery positions were found much higher than those of the control group (P<0.01 or 0.05). A 1-5 years follow-up survey revealed that there were 5 ears (13.5%) of recurrence that needed surgery in the control group while that in the formation group was only 1 ear (2.4%). Conclusion Mastoid cavity plombage and cavity of concha formation can help reduce mastoid cavity and increase the effects of radical mastoidectomy through ventilation, conduction and epithelia keratinization.
