| 摘 要： | 观察益气活血补肾法（治糖保肾冲剂）对早期糖尿病肾病（DN）血管活性物质的影响。将63例DN患者随机分为中药组（治糖保肾冲剂）32例,西药组（洛丁新）31例,疗程3个月。结果：两组治疗后尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）均明显下降（P＜0．01）,血浆内皮素（ET－1）亦明显下降（P＜0．05）,组间比较P＞0．05;中药组治疗后血浆一氧化氮（NO）水平明显下降（P＜0．05）,西药组NO水平下降,但无显著差异,P＞0．05,组间比较P＜0．05,提示益气活血能的治糖保肾冲剂治疗早期DN的机理与调整ET－1,NO水平有关。

| Abstract: | To observe the influence of "Qi-supplementing blood-activating and kidney-nourishing therapy"(Zhitang Baoshen Capsule)on the vasoactive substance in early diabetic nephropathy(DN),63 cases were randomized into treatment group with 32 cases treated by"Zhitang Baoshen Capsule"and control group with 31 cases treated by Lotensin.They were all treated for 3 months.Results:the UAER and ET-1 reduced obviously in the two groups(P<0 05),but without a difference between two groups;the NO in treatment group reduced obviously( P< 0 05)but the NO in control group did not reduced significantly( P> 0 05),with a significant difference between two groups( P< 0 05). |
