| 摘 要： | 目的调查贵州农村黔南布依族苗族妇女中人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染状况及其亚型分布。方法采用基因芯片技术对贵州省黔南苗族、布依族自治州福泉市黄丝镇6个村寨中128名已婚妇女进行HPV检测。结果128名受检妇女中，HPV—DNA阳性者13例（10．16％），在被测到的9种HPV亚型中，均为HPV高危型感染；无低危型感染者。结论HPV58、52、53、56、66是贵州黔南苗族、布依族妇女HPV感染的主要型别，31～40岁为感染高峰人群。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the HPV infective situation and sub-type distribution in Miao and Buyi minorities in Qianna prefecture in Guizhou province.Methods To detect the HPV by using gene chip technic in 128 women which were married in Miao and Buyi minority in Qiannan prefecture in Guizhou province.ResultsPositive of HPV-DNA was 13 cases which the positive rate was 10.16%.In 9 detected sub-types there were HPV high risk infective cases and there were no lower risk infective cases.Conclusion The sub-types o... |
