| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超在肾囊肿经皮穿刺抽液并硬化治疗术中导引作用。材料与方法:B超导引下对89例肾囊肿行穿刺抽液并硬化治疗术,0.5a~1a随访。结果:B超导引下共穿刺170个囊肿,穿刺次数175次。囊肿完全消失86例,硬化治疗失败的囊肿3个。结论:在肾囊肿穿刺及硬化治疗术中,B超定位导引作用准确、安全、有效、经济。

| Abstract: | Objective To study ultrasound guided percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI) in the treatment of renal cyst.Materials and Methods B-mode ultrasoundgraphy guided PEI were used to treat renal cyst in 132 patients,Half a year～ a year with visit.Results 304 times ultrasound -guided PEI were used to treat 298 renal cysts in 132 patients ,disappear completely 294 example,failed in 4 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound guided PEI is accurate,safe,effective economy in the treatment of renal cyst. |
