不同促排卵方案治疗不孕症的效果观察

目的探讨不同方案促排卵治疗对卵泡发育及排卵的影响。方法选择2000年1月至2005年6月广州中医药大学一附院215例无排卵性不孕患者予促排卵治疗。随机分为两组：单用克罗米酚组（A组）105例，克罗米酚联合绝经期尿促性腺激素／重组人促卵泡激素组（B组）110例。应用超声监测卵泡发育。比较两组的卵泡生长速度、优势卵泡数、排卵率、妊娠率及重度OHSS发生率。结果两组比较卵泡生长速度及优势卵泡数无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；B组促排卵成功率明显高于A组，未破裂卵泡黄素化（LUFS）发生率B组明显低于A组，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01），妊娠率B组高于A组，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；促排卵周期中，重度OHSS发生率：B组高于A组，两组差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论联合使用促排卵药具有良好的排卵率，LUFS的发生率低，可达到较高的妊娠率。

A study about the efficacy of ovulation induction on Infertile patients

Objective To compare the efficacy of different ovulation induction on follicle development and induction of oocyte. Methods A total of 215 in-ovulatory infertile women were rectuited for ovulation in-duction. All the patients were divided into two groups randomly:clomiphene citrate(CC) (group A) and clomi-phene citrate-highly purified follicle stimulating hormone (CC-FSH) combination ( group B). Investigate the grown,ovulation and thickness of endometrium of two groups by TBS, compare the clinical pregnancy rate and the occurrence of serious ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Results There was no difference be-tween two groups in the growing speed of ooeytes and the total number of mature oocytes(P>0.05); the success rate of ovulation induction treated cycles and the occurrence of serious OHSS in group B were both sig-nificantly higher than group A (P<0.01). While the occurrence of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome (LUFS) in group B was significantly lower than group A(P<0.01). The clinical pregnant rate in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Ovulation induction medicine Combination can attain good ovulation rate,lower occurrence of LUFS,and higher pregnancy rate.
