| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道超声在宫外孕诊断中的诊断价值。方法对112例本院经手术及病理证实的宫外孕经腹及经阴道超声检查资料进行对比分析。结果经阴道超声对宫外孕附件区包块检出率明显高于经腹超声。结论经阴道超声可提高宫外孕的早期诊断，为临床治疗选择提供方案。

| Abstract: | Objective This study was to evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal sonography examination in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Ultrasonographic features were analyzed in 112 patients with ectopic pregnancy examined by trans-abdomen sonography and tranvaginal sonography. Final clinical diagnosis was confirmed by histopathologic analysis. Results Transvaginal uhrasonography in detection rate of ectopic pregnancy mass in the annex area was significantly higher than transabdominal ultrasound. Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound can improve the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, to provide programs for clinical treatment options. |
