摘    要:目的探讨鼻内镜检查在评价儿童腺样体肥大中的应用价值。方法随机选取门诊就诊的打鼾患儿69例及无打鼾患儿17例,采用鼻内镜检查鼻咽部,同时行X线鼻咽侧位片检查并记录检查结果。结果腺样体大小与打鼾程度呈负相关关系(P<0.01),较大的腺样体其持续打鼾的发生率明显高于间断型和缺如型(P<0.01),腺样体大小与A/N比率呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论鼻内镜检查与X线鼻咽侧位片评价腺样体大小有高度的一致性,应用鼻内镜检查儿童鼻咽部,在诊断腺样体肥大及选择腺样体切除术时有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To assess the adenoid size in children by nasal endoscopy examination and outline an effective therapeutic program according to the examination. Method In this study, the nasal endoscopy examination of the nasopharynx and a lateral nasopharynx radiograph examination were performed in 69 children with snoring and the same examinations performed in another 17 children without snoring. Result The size of adenoid was negatively associated with the degree of snoring (P〈0 .01). There is a high correlation between the nasal endoscopy examination and the lateral nasopharynx radiographexamination(P〈0 .01). Conclusions The application of the nasal endoscopy examination of the nasopharynx has proved to be of great clinical value,especially in the selection of children for adenoidectomy. It is an examination with minor invasion which can be well tolerated by most children, giving more information than a lateral nasopharynx radiograph and avoiding unnecessary radiation.
