彩色多普勒超声诊断男性不育精索静脉曲张的临床价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断男性不育精索静脉曲张的临床价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测100例不育男性精索静脉,观察精索静脉曲张的发生率,并比较超声与触诊的诊断价值;检测临床型和亚临床型精索静脉曲张的彩色血流并与正常组做比较。结果①精索静脉曲张超声检出率与触诊比较两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)②;彩超检测临床型、亚临床型精索静脉曲张的血管内径、血液反流与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而亚临床型与正常组之间血流速度无差异(P>0.05)。结论应用彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张方便、准确、优于临床触诊。尤其对亚临床型精索静脉曲张的诊断有重要应用价值。

The clinical value of CDFI in male infertility secondary to varicocele

Objective To discuss the clinical value of CDFI in male infertility secondary to varicocele. Method Medical reports of 100 infertile males secondary to varicocele were reviewed to assess the incidence of varicocele identified by color Doppler ultrasound compared to clinical palpation. CDFI-detected blood flow patterns in both clinical and subclinical varicocele were also compared with those from normal individuals. Results (1) CDFI identified significantly more varicoceles than clinical palpation (P<0.05). (2) The internal diameters of spermatic veins and blood reflux as detected by CDFI were significant different among the clinical, subclinical and normal groups (P<0.05). However, there was no difference in flow velocity between the subclinical group and normal group (P>0.05). Conclusion Varicocele can be assessed more conveniently and accurately with CDFI compared to clinical palpation. CDFI appears to be of notable importance in varicocele, particularly in subclinical cases.
