眼部体外培养细菌对氟喹诺酮类药物敏感性的研究

摘    要:目的:研究眼部体外培养细菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性。方法:对1999年1月至2004年1月间我院微生物室收集的2378份眼部标本体外细菌培养,采用纸片扩散法观察体外培养细菌对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、和诺氟沙星等药物的敏感性。结果:体外培养阳性细菌678株,其中革兰氏阳性球菌356株(52.5%),革兰氏阴性球菌35株(5.2%);革兰氏阳性杆菌85株(12.5%),。革兰氏阴性杆菌156株(23.0%);放线菌10株(1.5%)。氧氟沙星、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星的总耐药性分别为25.6%、28.3%、35.4%。结论:多数眼部常见细菌对环丙沙星和氧氟沙星的敏感性较高,而葡萄球菌对环丙沙星和氧氟沙星的敏感性与常用氨基甙类药物相近。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the in vitro resistance of Ocular bacterial isolates to flouroqiunolone that are commonly used in the treatemnt of ocular infection. Methods : Ocular bacteral isolates from our hospital' s ophthalology department were tested for their resistance to ofloxacin, ciprolocacin and nor-floxacin.in vitro susceptibility testing was determined by the Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method. Results : The total number of ocular bacterial isolates was 678, including gram-positive cocci 456 ( 52.5 % ) , gram-negative cocci 35 ( 5 .2 % ) , gram-positive bacilli 85 (12.5 % ) , gram-negative bacilli 156(23%), nocardia 10 (1.5%). The percentage of resistance in total ocular bacterial isolates to ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin was 25 .6 % , 28 .3 % and 35 .4 % respectively. Conclusion : The fluoroqiunolones, ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin have higher overall in vitro efficacy on most of the ocular bacteria than gentamycin and tobramycin, but ofloxacin and ciproxacin are equivalent to gentamycin and tobramycin in efficacy against staphylococcus species.
