| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨有创机械通气治疗危重支气管哮喘。方法:11例危重支气管哮喘患者进行有创机械通气。结果:11例重症哮喘患者治疗前治疗后24 h PaO2和PaCO2均较治疗前有明显改变(P<0.01)。结论:有创机械通气是治疗急性重症哮喘的有效方法,对重症哮喘患者在内科综合治疗的基础上尽早使用此法,可减少并发症,挽救病人生命。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of severe asthma by invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods:11 cases of severe asthma were treated with invasive mechanical ventilation.Results:After 24 hours of treatment,the levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 in 11 cases of severe asthma were obviously changed(P<0.01).Conclusion: Invasive mechanical ventilation is effective in treatment of severe asthma,which can save patients' life and decrease the complications based on the combined therapy. |
