多囊肝(附一例报告及文献复习)

本文报导一例多囊肝,结合国内报导的75例多囊肝的文献复习,对多囊肝的病因、发病原理、临床表现及诊断等作进一步的探讨。多囊肝系少见病,一般是小儿先天性的,其临床症状多在30岁后出现,女性多于男性,男女之比是1:4～5。临床症状可表现为慢性胆囊炎及肿瘤症状。诊断主要依靠 CT、超声检查及剖腹探查。

POLYCYSTIC LIVER

In this paper one case of polycystic liver is reported and a further discus- sion on its etiology,payhogenesis and clinic manifestations is made with review- ing the literature related.polycystic liver is a rare congenital disease and the female are more likely to have it than the male, with a male to female ratio of 1:4-5. The clinic pictures are of chronic cholecystitis or of tumor and occur in most cases after the age of 30.1ts diagnosis chiefly depends on the finding in CT, ultrasound examination and exploratory laparotomy.
