| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我院重症监护室非发酵菌感染趋势及耐药性分析,为临床医生合理选择安全有效的抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对我院2007年1月—2010年6月期间重症监护室病人非发酵菌感染情况及其耐药性进行分析。结果:4年间我院重症监护室非发酵菌检出数为119株,前3位分别为铜绿假单胞菌(53.7%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(20.1%)、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(12.6%),经统计学分析,差异非常显著(χ2=21.76,P<0.01),药敏结果显示对大部分抗生素的敏感性差,对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的菌株产生多重甚至广泛耐药的几率较高。结论:重症监护室非发酵菌感染率高,对抗生素的耐药状况严重,且产生多重耐药甚至广泛耐药,提示临床要合理使用抗生素。
