| 摘 要： | 目的:了解患者用药咨询情况,促进药学服务发展。方法:对解放军总医院1 548例次门诊药房用药咨询记录进行分类统计。结果:咨询对象多集中在老人及病房工作人员,咨询内容最多的是药物的用法用量、不良反应、服药时间、注意事项以及片型的大小及颜色,咨询的药物种类主要是心脑血管药物及抗菌药物,剂型多为口服药物。结论:开展合理用药咨询,可使患者合理、安全用药,提高药学服务质量。
