| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨国家的药品降价政策对医院药品临床应用的影响。方法:根据2007—2009年北京市发改委发布的药品降价政策文件,统计北京积水潭医院相关中成药的品种、数量,计算药品降价幅度,统计降价后临床停止使用的药品及数量,分析停止使用的原因。结果:根据文件执行降价的中成药品种81个,平均降价幅度为12.5%,停止使用品种18个。结论:药品降价政策起到了抑制药品价格虚高、降低患者用药费用的作用,但不能根本解决患者看病贵、药价高的问题,医药价格体制改革势在必行。
