| 摘 要： | 目的:了解卫生部北京医院抑酸剂的应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用药品金额排序法和限定日剂量法,对抑酸剂的品种、消耗量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)进行综合分析、汇总。结果:我院近3年抑酸剂销售总金额呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是质子泵抑制剂销售金额及用药频度增加幅度更大,H2受体阻断剂的年销售额呈下降趋势,排序比值趋于1,同步性较好。结论:我院消化性溃疡患者抑酸剂应用合理,质子泵抑制剂因其安全、高效的特点现作为抑酸剂的首选,但H2受体阻断剂因其价格优势也被临床所认可。
