| 摘 要： | 目的:了解长江流域4城市乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的临床应用及用药趋势。方法:对长江流域4城市2007—2009年乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日用药金额(DDC)等指标进行分析。结果:3年来4城市乳腺癌内分泌治疗药物临床用药金额环比增长40%以上,主要以第3代芳香酶抑制剂增长较快;DDDs排序依次为来曲唑、阿那曲唑、托瑞米芬。DDC最低依次为托瑞米芬、依西美坦、来曲唑,戈舍瑞林DDC最高。结论:绝经后复发转移乳腺癌一线内分泌治疗的首选药物来曲唑,目前较受临床医师青睐,一直居第1位;新一代的抗雌激素药托瑞米芬使用频率也一直居前3位。
