| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院抗糖尿病药的使用现状。方法:对我院2008—2010年抗糖尿病药的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)相关指标进行统计、分析。结果:2008—2010年口服抗糖尿病药与胰岛素用药金额都逐年增长,口服抗糖尿病药用药金额依次为12.762、24.0013、4.000万元,胰岛素用药金额依次为11.3482、1.069、28.677万元。最常应用的药物是二甲双胍、格列齐特、格列美脲和罗格列酮。结论:我院抗糖尿病药的应用情况基本合理。
