| 摘 要： | 目的:分析贵州省六盘水市首钢水钢总医院中药注射剂的应用情况,为合理用药、提高药品管理水平提供科学依据。方法:对我院2006—2010年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及其排序等统计数据进行分析。结果:我院中药注射剂的用药金额、DDDs呈逐年增长态势,尤其是祛瘀剂。其中,祛瘀剂的用药金额占每年中药注射剂总金额的比例分别为40.53%、49.42%、54.82%、52.08%、56.00%。用药金额排序与DDDs排序同步性较差。结论:我院中药注射剂使用基本合理,但安全性再评价有待加强。
