| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取非小细胞肺癌术后行辅助化疗的患者146例,在化疗的前1 d开始应用复方苦参注射液15 mL,1日1次,随化疗药同时静脉滴注。同时选取122例单纯化疗的术后患者做为对照组。所有患者治疗前后均行结核菌素试验(OT试验)、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及Treg细胞水平的测定。结果:治疗组的OT试验稀释度增强、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及Treg细胞水平与对照组均有显著性差异。结论:复方苦参注射液可提高肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能。
