| 摘 要： | 目的:调查研究2009年国家基本药物目录品种在北京市3家基层医疗机构的使用现状。方法:利用北京地区社区医院用药监测数据库,从中心城区、近郊及远郊区县各一家基层医疗机构的药品采购信息中,对国家基本药物目录品种的使用现状等进行统计分析。结果:国家基本药物目录品种所占采购品种比例中,化学药平均为49.91%,中成药平均为23.16%;从采购数量与金额来看,化学药平均分别为67.14%与37.43%,中成药平均分别为44.30%与34.67%。在3家医院采购化学药与中成药总数量排序前12位品种中,国家基本药物目录品种化学药与中成药分别占9种和8种,占全部中化学药采购总金额的47.72%。结论:总体来看,国家基本药物目录品种在北京市基层医疗机构应用广泛,应加强引导和监管,使目录品种使用率进一步提高。
