| 摘 要： | 目的:设计适合不同专业临床药师需求的电子药历系统,提高临床药师药学监护质量。方法:依托医院稳定的HIS系统,利用SQL Server数据库和ASP.NET技术进行开发,并基于Web服务器发布,通过临床实例对电子药历的设计和应用进行评价。结果:本系统界面友好,操作简便,120例电子药历所涉及21个病种均显示出较好的实用性、通用性,使用该系统可规范临床药师工作流程,提高临床药师的工作效率,控制患者用药风险,促进药学监护质量。结论:该系统为药师提供了良好的药历制作平台,既是临床药师实用的辅助工具,又是将临床药师工作模式、工作质量、患者的用药安全紧密结合的枢纽。
