| 摘 要： | 目的:观察匹维溴胺治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)的疗效。方法:将60例IBS-C患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组予匹维溴胺片50 mg,每日3次;对照组予枸橼酸莫沙必利片5 mg,每日3次。2组疗程均为8周。根据粪质、每周排便次数、排便困难及排便不尽感、腹痛、腹胀5个症状进行评分。计算治疗前后每组患者的症状总积分、平均积分及疗效指数。结果:治疗组治疗后总积分298分,平均(4.668±2.853)分,总有效率为83.3%;对照组治疗后总积分560分,平均(4.647±2.855)分,总有效率为63.3%;2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:匹维溴胺治疗IBS-C的腹痛、腹胀、便秘等症状,疗效优于莫沙必利。
