| 摘 要： | 目的:了解解放军第316医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:对2008—2010年上报的ADR病例进行统计分析。结果:ADR发生率以老年人居多(22.79%),抗菌药物最高(50.00%),静脉滴注导致ADR发生率最高(79.41%),ADR的症状以皮肤及其附件损害为主(47.06%)。结论:应加强和重视ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo and regularity of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in No.316 Hospital of PLA so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:The ADR cases reported by our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The ADRs occurred more frequently in old people(22.79%),induced mostly by antibiotics(50.00%) and by intravenous drip(79.41%) and manifested predominantly as lesions of skin and its appendants(47.06%).CONCLUSION:Great importance... |
