| 摘 要： | 目的:了解北京回龙观医院抗抑郁药应用情况及用药趋势。方法:对我院2005—2009年的抗抑郁药应用品种、销售金额、应用频度等情况进行回顾性分析。结果:我院目前使用7类抗抑郁药,共16个品种。抗抑郁药临床应用以西酞普兰居首,抗抑郁药销售金额与用药频度均呈上升趋势。结论:新型抗抑郁药的应用呈上升趋势,三环类和四环类抗抑郁药呈稳中略降趋势。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo and tendency of the use of antidepressants in Beijing Huilongguan Hospital.METHODS:The utilization of antidepressants in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 was analyzed retrospectively in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS:A total of 7 categories(15 kinds) of antidepressants were used in our hospital.Citalopram took the lead among all the antidepressants used.Both the consumption sum and the DDDs of the antidepressants showed an increasing tende... |
