| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我院抗糖尿病药临床应用情况的分析,了解抗糖尿病药的合理用药趋势。方法:用金额排序法和DDD分析法对我院2008—2010年的抗糖尿病药分析,由此判断、评价药物使用情况。结果:3年来,我院口服抗糖尿病药销售金额呈上升趋势,销售金额排序前3位的是格列喹酮、罗格列酮、阿卡波糖;DDDs排序前3位的是二甲双胍、格列喹酮、格列吡嗪;人胰岛素及胰岛素类似物品种和金额都有较大的增长,预混人胰岛素3年稳居第1位;胰岛素类似物增幅明显。结论:我院口服抗糖尿病药种类使用趋于平稳,应用基本合理;胰岛素及胰岛素类似物使用符合临床胰岛素早期、强化治疗趋势。
