| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析比较交锁髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效及安全性。方法对2007年6月至2010年6月深圳市坪山新区人民医院骨科行手术治疗的肱骨干骨折患者103例进行分析,其中加压钢板固定46例,交锁髓内钉固定57例,比较两种固定方法术后并发症的发生率,从而对二者的总体疗效进行评价。结果髓内钉组固定组可显著促进骨折愈合,其畸形愈合、肩关节功能障碍、桡神经麻痹的发生率低(P<0.05),总体疗效优于钢板内固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与钢板内固定相比较,髓内钉具有术中出血量少,并发症发生率低,安全性大,可以作为肱骨干骨折的首选治疗方法。
