| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床路径方法对提高抑郁症患者健康教育质量的临床效果。方法回顾性分析大连医科大学附属第一医院2006年2月至2010年12月收治入院的200例抑郁症患者临床资料,随机将200例患者分为两组,观察组100例采用临床路径实施治疗和护理,对照组100例患者按护理常规进行护理和健康教育指导,观察住院全程效果。于入院时、出院时采用汉密顿抑郁量表、健康知识知晓测评表、依从性调查问卷、护理工作满意度调查问卷进行测评分析。结果出院时观察组汉密顿抑郁量表评分较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01),健康知识的掌握、治疗依从性、对护理服务工作的满意度等方面均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05或0.01),住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01);文化水平的高低与抑郁症程度有相关性。结论临床路径能显著提高健康教育效果和护理服务质量,使患者主动参与治疗,缩短住院时间,对降低抑郁症复发,降低医疗成本,巩固疗效有积极意义。
