| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨我院抗肿瘤中药注射液的应用规律。方法:对我院2008—2010年抗肿瘤中药注射液的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计。结果:2008—2010年抗肿瘤中药注射液销售金额分别占抗肿瘤药销售金额的13.03%1、3.68%、17.44%。近年来,康艾注射液销售金额约占抗肿瘤中药注射液销售金额的1/2,艾迪注射液DDDs排序一直居前位,榄香烯注射液和康莱特注射液DDDs排序一直居末位。结论:抗肿瘤谱较广,兼有增强免疫、镇痛作用的抗肿瘤中药注射药物临床使用较多,价格低的更易受到医生和患者青睐。
