氟伐他丁对各级慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及C反应蛋白的影响

目的:探讨氟伐他丁对各级慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:37例患者按美国纽约心脏学会(American New York Heart Academy,NYHA)分级分为心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组,所有患者在正规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上加用氟伐他丁40 mg.d-1,连续口服10个月,在加用氟伐他丁治疗前后做心脏彩超检查,并测定CRP水平。结果:治疗10个月后,各级心力衰竭患者CRP水平较加药前下降,心功能有所改善。结论:氟伐他丁能降低炎症因子CRP水平,改善心功能,尤其对NYHAⅣ级心力衰竭患者心功能改善明显。

Effects of Fluvastatin on Heart Function and C Reaction Protein in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure in Different NYHA Class

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of fluvastatin on heart function and C reaction protein（CRP） in patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） in different class.METHODS：37 patients with CHF in NYHA（american new york heart academy） class Ⅱ-Ⅳ were divided into 3 groups（NYHA class Ⅱ group,NYHA class Ⅲ group and NYHA class Ⅳ group）.All of the patients were treated with add-on fluvastatin（40 mg·d-1 ×10 months orally） in addition to the routine therapy for heart failure.Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed and CRP level was determined before and after fluvastatin treatment.RESULTS：After 10-month treatment with fluvastatin,CRP level decreased and heart function was improved in all groups.CONCLUSION：Fluvastatin could reduce the level of CRP and improve heart function,especially in patients with NYHA class Ⅳ heart failure.
