| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院咨询问题,为今后更好地为临床服务提供依据。方法:对我院1 320例次患者和医务人员提出的药物咨询问题进行分析。结果:咨询问题平均每月220例;其中用法用量问题628例(47.57%);用药安全性问题共358例(27.12%),包括药理作用和适应证、药品不良反应、使用注意事项、药物相互作用。结论:通过药物咨询,提高了患者的用药依从性,从而提高了药品的疗效,降低了药品不良反应;同时加强了药师、医师、护士间的沟通,以协同提高医疗服务质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyze the questions consulted about drug use in our hospital for references of developing better service for clinic.METHODS:The questions presented by 1 320 cases(either patients or medical staff) in the drug consultation were analyzed.RESULTS:There were 220 cases of drug consultation monthly on average.Of the total 1 320 cases,628(47.57%) had questions about dosage and administration,and 358(27.12%) about medication safety including pharmacologic action and indications,adverse drug reactions... |
