| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精神疾病专科医院药品不良反应(ADR)的特点及规律,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院上报的314例ADR报表,按患者性别、年龄、疾病诊断、给药途径、ADR报表分类及其药品使用情况、ADR涉及器官或系统、引起ADR最多的前10种药物及主要临床表现进行分析。结果:314例ADR患者中,女性多于男性;21～40岁发生率较高;精神分裂症占多数;口服药发生的ADR更常见;一般的ADR占多数;ADR涉及最多的为神经系统;喹硫平的ADR发生率最高。结论:精神疾病专科医院发生的ADR多涉及神经系统,给患者造成的危害较大,临床应给予高度关注与及时治疗。
