白饭树水提取物对肝纤维化大鼠血清学的影响

摘    要:目的:研究白饭树水提取物对肝纤维化(HF)大鼠血清学的影响。方法:采用皮下注射(SC)四氯化碳(CCl4)油溶液造成HF模型,以秋水仙碱(colchicine)为阳性对照,观察白饭树水提取物对血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)含量的影响。结果:白饭树水提取物能降低HF模型大鼠血清中ALT、AST含量,提升ALB含量,并且有效降低HF模型大鼠血清中HA、LN、PCⅢ的含量,高剂量组总体效果优于低剂量组。结论:白饭树水提取物对HF大鼠有保肝降酶、改善蛋白脂质、抗HF作用,值得深入研究。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of the aqueous extractive from Flueggea virosa(Roxb.ex Willd.) voigt.on serological markers in rats with hepatic fibrosis(HF).METHODS: HF model was established in rats by means of subcutaneous injection with CCl4.With Colchicines(Col.) used as positive control,the effects of the aqueous extractive from Flueggea virosa(Roxb.ex Willd.) voigt.on serological markers such as ALT,AST,TP,ALB,GLB(Globulin),hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),precollagen Ⅲ(PCⅢ) were observed.RESULTS: Serum contents of ALT and AST in HF rats were down-regulated whereas serum content of ALB was up-regulated by Flueggea virosa(Roxb.ex Willd.) voigt.,and serum contents of HA,LN and PCⅢ were effectively reduced by Flueggea virosa(Roxb.ex Willd.) voigt.,with high-dose group showing better overall efficacy than in the low-dose group.CONCLUSION: Flueggea virosa(Roxb.ex Willd.) voigt.has the function of protecting liver,reducing enzyme level,improving proteolipid and inhibiting hepatic fibrosis in HF rats and its actions remains to be studied further.
