| 摘 要： | 目的:了解临床药师会诊在临床治疗中的作用,探讨临床药师深入临床的切入点。方法:回顾临床药师会诊1例腹部刀刺伤伴重症腹膜炎患者,分析临床药师在药物治疗过程中干预的内容和结果,记录临床医生对临床药师会诊意见的接受程度。结果:临床药师给出的会诊意见临床医生基本全部接受,3次会诊意见的接受率分别为80%、100%、75%,临床药师在合理选择药物、指导药物治疗方面发挥了重要作用。结论:临床药师应利用专业特长,协助临床医师调整用药方案,使患者的药物治疗更为安全、有效、经济,提高药学服务的水平。
