| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合介入化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者近期疗效、疼痛缓解及生活质量的影响。方法:将59例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组:实验组30例,给予复方苦参+介入化疗;对照组29例,给予单纯介入化疗。2个疗程结束后进行评价。结果:实验组临床获益率为93.3%、对照组为72.4%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。实验组中20例癌痛患者,治疗后癌痛缓解率65%,对照组18例癌痛患者,治疗后缓解率44.4%,2组差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者的生活质量明显提高,不良反应减轻,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论:在介入化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的同时给予复方苦参注射液能够起到稳定患者肿瘤病灶、缓解疼痛、提高生活质量的作用。
